What are Personalized Sales Emails?
A Personalized Sales Email is a simply an email that we deploy to key personas and identified visitors on your web site. It’s an all text message to maximize deliverability (although adding images, like a company logo in signatures is OK) and to closely align with a direct communication. It should be sent on behalf of an actual individual at your company to boost the conversational factor and personalization. We strive to make these emails appear to be from a member of your team and not an automated system. Which will then be routed to your team. Custom Sales Inboxes can also be setup as group in cases your team also wants to participate in monitoring replies.
What is Sentiment Analysis?
With Sentiment Analysis we harness the power of AI to parse your incoming email replies to separate out Positive, Neutral, Mixed and Negative responses. This enables us to automatically handle and route messages accordingly. As an example, we can route positive messages to your sales team and opt-out recipients that respond negatively.
